We built the operating system for decision advantage. Plan, rehearse, and learn at the edge, with a platform built for real-world complexity.
JDSAT built GamePlanOS to modernize how the national security enterprise thinks, plans, and prepares for war. It’s not just a game engine, it’s a full-spectrum wargaming platform that transforms exercises into insight, decisions into data, and rehearsals into readiness.
Where legacy tools fragment the process and slow the cycle, GamePlanOS delivers integration. Planning, execution, adjudication, analysis, it all happens in one continuous system.
Built for the classroom and the command post, GamePlanOS is shaping a future where decision-makers train with the same tools they fight with.
Modern conflict doesn’t wait for consensus, complete information, or perfect conditions. Planners, commanders, and analysts need tools that help them rehearse decisions, test assumptions, and surface points of failure, before operations are in motion. GamePlanOS transforms wargaming from a one-off exercise into a repeatable, insight-rich process. It combines transparent AI support, role-specific interfaces, and full data capture to create a decision advantage that holds under pressure.
Most wargames still rely on cobbled-together spreadsheets, slides, and manual adjudication.
Game data is often inconsistent or ephemeral, limiting institutional learning and repeatability.
AI-enabled adversaries, cognitive conflict, and contested logistics demand multi-domain responses that legacy games can’t model.
Tactical games don’t connect to strategic decisions, and schoolhouse exercises rarely scale to operational use.
Built-in models assist with adjudication and scenario evolution; but humans stay in charge.
Plan, execute, adjudicate, and analyze, all within one environment.
Zoom between strategic, operational, and tactical levels in a single scenario.
Strategic to tactical. One platform. No data breaks or abstraction gaps.
Deploy in cloud or offline, across locations and classification levels.
Every game creates structured, reusable insight so lessons aren’t lost, they compound.
Stress-test emerging capabilities and explore tradeoffs in future concepts.
Enable multi-site, multi-role gameplay with real-time data sync and information-sharing rules.
Let students run full-spectrum games with replay, AARs, and scenario archiving.
Feed wargame results into simulation models and policy decisions.
In support of a CNO-directed Title 10 wargame, JDSAT embedded directly with the Naval Postgraduate School’s Wargaming Team to deliver critical game research, student facilitation, and real-time analytics for a high-stakes, bilateral exercise involving U.S. and Japanese forces.
Over four months of planning and execution, JDSAT developed structured data collection tools, supported adjudication processes, and managed the RFI/RFS pipeline during live gameplay. We helped prepare over 18 NPS students to serve as adjudicators and delivered post-move analytics and briefing insights to game leadership.
Our work exposed key gaps in game analytics infrastructure and helped define future opportunities for embedded data-driven decision support, reinforcing the need for tools like GamePlanOS.
Supported game execution with >100 players across 7 commands
Built DCAP tools used to assess campaign performance
Delivered near real-time analysis of player decision data
Briefed insights to NPS wargame leadership during execution
We’ll show you how GamePlanOS brings rigor, speed, and continuity to decision-making—across missions, commands, and classrooms. Built on the foundation of 26 (and counting) cross-domain wargame studies, this is decision advantage you can trust.
