Keep the Data, and the Mission, Alive

Adaptive Decision-Centric Networks (ADCNs) help you maintain tempo, data integrity, and operational control, even when comms go down.

Operating in a Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, or Low-Bandwidth Environment

In modern expeditionary environments, losing your connection to the shoreside enterprise networks isn’t unusual, it’s expected. What matters is whether your team can still operate, share data, and make decisions without that live connection.

JDSAT delivers Adaptive Decision-Centric Networks (ADCNs) designed to keep you moving. These rugged, role-specific nodes let your team operate with confidence, even in contested, degraded, or denied environments. Data synchronizes once connectivity is restored, mission tempo never stops.

What You're Up Against

Denied or
Degraded Comms

Your mission can’t pause every time a network goes down.

Loss of Command and Control

Degraded comms can complicate or substantially reduce enterprise coordination

Application
Fragility

Your tools weren’t built for intermittent connections.

Infrastructure Inflexibility

Scaling edge operations shouldn’t require patchwork solutions.

How You Can Use ADCNs

Synchronize medical and logistics ops, even when disconnected

Maintain shared visibility between critical units, ensuring aligned planning and resource movement even in disconnected or mobile environments.

Support decision-making in degraded or denied comms (DDIL)

Host decision-critical tools locally so your team can keep planning, executing, and adapting without waiting for connectivity to return.

Facilitate coalition interoperability without risking network integrity

Use secure, edge-hosted systems to share essential data and maintain interoperability, without exposing your core infrastructure.

Capabilities that Drive Your Outcomes

Physical Security

Ruggedized, vibration-tested for air/shipborne use, waterproof housings built to survive expeditionary environments.

Logical Security

Cyber-hardened software stack with secure boot, encrypted data stores, and DoDIN-validated compliance.

Scalability

Modular architecture scales from 3-person teams to brigade-level deployments, no forklift upgrades required.

Future-Ready & Interoperable

Engineered for seamless feature upgrades, extensible APIs, and plug-and-play with existing C4I and coalition systems.

Survivability & Resilience

Designed to withstand contested, denied, and degraded comms environments; automatically syncs once comms are restored.

Data Continuity at the Tactical Edge

Maintain operational tempo when the network is compromised, intermittent, or under threat.

Built for real-world gaps.
Designed for disconnected care.

MedSentinel is a prototype platform for medical teams working without a live connection. It’s being built for forward environments where comms are limited, conditions shift, and decisions can’t wait.

The tool runs on rugged edge hardware. It captures planning data on site and helps teams manage supply, triage, and coordination without needing a server or uplink. Once the network returns, it syncs data automatically without rework or loss.

JDSAT is building MedSentinel with support from Navy Medicine. It aligns to DHA data standards and is designed to work in joint or coalition settings. The tool is still in development, but it builds on proven infrastructure used in past deployments.

What it will do:

Keep medical data moving, even when the network isn’t

Support disconnected operations for 72+ hours

Maintain PHI security and sync to central systems later

When the Network Fails,
Your Mission Shouldn't

Operations in contested, denied, or degraded environments are the norm. ADCNs help your teams keep moving, make decisions, and sync when ready. It’s not about replacing command, it’s about keeping it alive when it matters most.
